At Diorama, we want you to love every piece of your home as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Diorama packaging, ensuring all fragile home decor is securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your box over any old shipping labels.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
